her House Auction Postponed..The auction for Brittany Murphy's Hollywood home has been put on hold at the bank's request. Her mother, Sharon, asked for extra time before the place is sold under the hammer because she wants to unload the house on her own.
The 8,000 sq. ft. Hollywood Hills home had been put on the market in March for .25 million. But a month later, Sharon decided to pull it off the market.
Earlier in January, it was learned that a little more than million is still owed on the home. An auction was set Monday at a Pomono, CA courthouse to sell the property.
But Sharon asked for extra time to see if she can sell the house on her own terms instead. The new auction date is on February 14, according to TMZ.
