Brittany MurphyBrittany Murphy was born as Brittany Bertolotti in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S. (November 10, 1977 – December 20, 2009). She was an American actress and recording artist.

Brittany Murphy has starred in Hollywood films such as Just MarriedBrittany Murphy; Clueless; Girl, Interrupted; 8 Mile; Sin City; The Dead Girl; Uptown Girls; Happy Feet and Riding in Cars with Boys.

Brittany Murphy's debut album is set to be released in 2009. She voiced Luanne Platter on the animated TV series King of the Hill.

Her final film, Abandoned, was released direct-to-DVD on August 24, 2010.
